UI/UX Designer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality visual designs, incorporating brand guidelines and design principles.
- Craft engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance user interactions.
- Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to bring designs to life.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems for consistency across platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including:

- Figma: Collaborative design tool for creating wireframes, prototypes, and
- high-fidelity designs.
- Adobe XD: All-in-one UX/UI solution for designing and prototyping
- experiences.
- Illustrator: Vector graphics editor for creating scalable and detailed designs.
- Photoshop: Image editing software for crafting pixel-perfect visual elements.
- After Effects: Motion graphics and visual effects software for dynamic animations.
- Premiere Pro: video editing software for basic video editing needs.
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, user experience, and user interface design.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Knowledge of information architecture and best practices in navigation design.
- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
