Job Description
As a talent acquisition, your typical day would look like this:
- Identifying and understanding the hiring needs
- Creating and implementing recruiting strategies.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Conducting in-depth candidate assessments.
- Close positions within the Given TAT
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews,.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates,
- Providing a positive candidate experience and communicating regularly throughout the hiring process.
What it requires to do the job:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Any relevant certifications in human resources or recruitment would be a plus.
