Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and crisp-smart Account Manager to take charge of premium client outreach and account management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our premium clients and the sales team, driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Identify and connect with premium clients to foster relationships.
- Act as the first point of contact to establish ties and build trust with high-value clients.
New Onboarding Support:
- Setting the stage for onboarding new premium clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
Account Management:
- Handle end-to-end account management for onboarded premium clients.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high retention rate.
Sales Support & Collaboration:
- Accompany senior management to sales meetings, contributing to effective client pitching and follow-ups.
- Provide insights and inputs to tailor offerings according to client requirements.
Marketing Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design strategies that resonate with premium clients.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive engagement.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, performance metrics, and revenue generation.
- Present actionable insights to improve sales and client retention strategies.

- Knowledge of hyperlocal platforms or similar industries is a plus.
