Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Manager or Brand Strategist to join our team.
This role will focus on enhancing our brand’s visibility and driving growth both online and offline. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, user retention, and growth strategies,
along with hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution. Proficiency in data analytics
tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding and Visibility:- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance visibility across
various channels. - Create and implement online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand
awareness. - Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
User Retention and Growth
- Design and implement strategies to improve user retention and drive sustained
growth. - Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine growth strategies and enhance user
engagement.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and promotional
materials. - Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on results, and report on ROI.
Data Analytics and Insights:
- Utilize Google Ads and Google Analytics to track, measure, and analyze campaign
performance and user behavior. - Leverage data to make informed decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and identify
growth opportunities. - Generate and present regular reports on key metrics, including user acquisition,
retention, and campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing
strategies with business goals. - Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced
degrees or certifications are a plus. - Proven experience (3+ years) in growth management, brand strategy, or a related role.
- Strong background in user retention strategies and growth hacking techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing and analytics
tools. - Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-
solving. - Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with
industry trends.
