Job Description

What it requires to do the job: 

  • 2 or more years of similar experience
  • Proficient in MS Office. Excel is Must
  • Good to have experience of handling operations from restaurants or F&B industry
  • Must be a Self-Starter & should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What you'll be doing:

  • Liaising with Clients to maintain all onboarding documents and updating
  • Uploading the offers and deals details on the dashboard.
  • Ensure and verify all the clients KYC documents are dealt with in a seamless and focused manner
  • Liaison with other teams to ensure smooth running of tasks
  • Conduct checks on documents provided by Clients.
  • Work with sales and finance department to support payment processes for Clients
