Job Description

uEngage specializes in developing SaaS-based products, including food delivery apps and direct ordering apps tailored for clients in the F&B industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand forward.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
  • Team Leadership:Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
  • Vendor Management:Source, manage, and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop both short-term and long-term marketing plans for various countries or regions.
  • Drive Marketing Initiatives: Enhance recruitment mechanics, increase retention rates, improve customer insight, innovate brand communications, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • Resource Management:Allocate and manage resources required to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Performance Analysis:Analyse marketing results and develop best practices to continuously optimize programs for increased effectiveness.
  • Agency and Vendor Relationships: Oversee and manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Creative Strategy Oversight: Guide the creative strategy for all brands under the company’s portfolio.
  • Market Share Acquisition: Develop marketing plans and programs for each product to obtain and grow market share.
  • ROI Delivery: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering marketing program ROI.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM Systems: Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to manage and optimize marketing programs.
  • Sales Partnership: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead workflow and enhance lead conversion.
  • Integrated Marketing Strategies: Apply a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and practices to drive successful marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or related fields. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing functions or campaign management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of SaaS and technology industry trends.
