Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team.The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Process and review invoices and payments.
Manage collections and vendor relationships.

4. Financial Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Implement and maintain internal controls.

5. Cash Flow Management:

Manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.
Monitor and project cash flow needs.

6. Taxation:

Assist in tax planning and compliance.
Prepare and file tax returns and related documents.

7. Ad Hoc Financial Projects:

Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required.

What it required to do:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or CMA designation is a
plus.
Proven experience in financial management or related roles with minimum 3 years of
experience.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
