Sr PHP Developer

Responsibilities

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter and Laravel).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Design and optimize database schemas for performance and reliability.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of the applications.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements.

Skills And Qualifications 

• Proven work experience as a senior PHP developer (4-6 years).
• Proficient in PHP development with a focus on CodeIgniter or Laravel frameworks.
• Extensive experience working with databases; strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, to collaborate effectively with the front-end team.
• Ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient web applications.
• In-depth knowledge of web application architecture and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web applications developed using CodeIgniter or Laravel.
• Experience with database management and optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
