Job Description: 

PRISM is one of Uengage’s core products — a customer engagement and loyalty platform designed to help F&B businesses boost repeat visits, retain guests, and build stronger customer relationships.

We are now looking for a Sales & Business Head who will own PRISM end-to-end — from revenue generation to strategy, execution, and P&L ownership.

This is a leadership role where you’ll be running the product like your own business.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Revenue & Sales Ownership

  • Build and execute a clear sales strategy to drive revenue growth for PRISM.

  • Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies.

🔸 Business & P&L Management

  • Own and manage the P&L of the product — revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.

  • Build monthly/quarterly business plans and achieve set targets.

  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize pricing, costs, and sales performance.

🔸 Strategy & Leadership

  • Define short-term and long-term growth strategies for PRISM.

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to shape the GTM roadmap.

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the product scales.

  • Stay on top of market trends, competition, and customer needs.

🔸 Customer & Partner Success

  • Be the face of PRISM in the market — represent the product with clients and partners.

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high retention rates.

  • Explore strategic partnerships to scale distribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales / business development / product growth, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven businesses.

  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets and achieving business growth.

  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, sales funnels, and customer lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.

  • Experience in P&L ownership or business leadership is a big plus.
