Inside Sales Associate - Restaurants / SaaS
Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Specialist with a strong background in lead qualification, client communication, and sales pipeline management. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and skilled in converting inbound and outbound leads into revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete inside sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to closure.
Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable product/service offerings.
Schedule demos and coordinate with the business development or product teams.
Maintain a strong follow-up process to build relationships and accelerate conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Update and manage lead data, activities, and progress in the CRM system.
Share insights from customer interactions to refine sales scripts and offerings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales roles.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and outreach strategies.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and persistent.
Comfortable handling high-volume calling and outreach activities.
Good to Have
Experience in SaaS / IT / technology sales (if relevant).
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent.
Experience working with founders/senior decision makers.
