Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Specialist with a strong background in lead qualification, client communication, and sales pipeline management. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and skilled in converting inbound and outbound leads into revenue opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete inside sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to closure.
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable product/service offerings.
  • Schedule demos and coordinate with the business development or product teams.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up process to build relationships and accelerate conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Update and manage lead data, activities, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Share insights from customer interactions to refine sales scripts and offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and outreach strategies.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and persistent.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume calling and outreach activities.


Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS / IT / technology sales (if relevant).
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with founders/senior decision makers.
