Enterprise Sales Manager
Job Description
We are looking for someone who thrives in the market - visiting restaurants, earning trust face -to-face, and helping F&B businesses break free from the aggregator dependence with software thats truly built for them.
Hiring Pan India for this role, building sales team across different cities.
Experience: 2-5 years
Compensation: Competitive + PLI's
What you'll do :
Own and grow enterprise accounts across your city F&B Landscape
Spend the majority of your week in the market - Restaurants visits, demos, relationship building
Engage decision - makers at QSR's chains , Cafe, cloud kitchen operators & multi outlet brands
Pitch the full product suite , ordering , CRM , Logistic and loyalty
Surface clients gaps and relay them directly to the product team
Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
You're a fit if you have :
Have 2-5 years in B2B enterprise or SaaS sales - F&B or hospitality tech is strong plus
Are comfortable with 60-70% of your time being market facing
Can navigate multi -Stakeholder sales cycles at restaurant groups & chains
Understand the pain point of restaurants owners , aggregator commission ,customer data ownership and direct ordering
Know your city restaurant market and hit the ground running
Are a self starter who builds pipelines
